saying nothin n wishin u had def hurts more...,,regrets for something u couldve had, couldve saved and cos ur afraid of destroying something, but u end up doing exactly that anyways. Hmm take a leap? put it on trust maybe, or just simply...living to see a new day, come wat may but just be ready to handle anything. Silence in the shadow of fear possibly the greatest battle inside i suppose. :hmmm:

sayin/doing nothing and wishing u had hurts more.. nothin worse goin thru life thinkin wat if??.. go with ur instincts and act on impulse with matters of the heart... way more to gain than to lose cause hey, cant lose wat u dont have, and cant get if u dont ask..

Sayin nothin and lettin that 'sumn' continue: who would be the one that suffers the impact most?..would it sit right with you knowin sumn that they dont?
Sayin sumn and nothin happens: U said it, they know, ur conscience is clear.
Sayin sumn that has to do with u: Free ur mind, clear ur conscience..its better to say 'I know now where to go from here' rather than question urself 'What if?'..
Or..You can jus carry on thinkin bout it..G'luck..

If you don't say the things you have been keeping bottled up, when you are already arguing, then surely these things are only going to come out later on causing more arguments

If you are holding these thoughts and feelings in, then they are obviously important enough to possibly hurt the friendship/ relationship.. If something is making you unhappy, surely it should be said in the open.. so that things can change in the future :D :D

but i guess it dependsz on the circ***tance`...

E.g You catch your BEST FRIEND hookin up with someone other than their partner? And you say suh`n? Worst case scenario:- You lose a best friend that shouldnt have even been a best friend if thats how they roll`... BUT you do the RIGHT thing by their partner!! BECAUSE IT'S THE RIGHT THING TO DO !! Regardless of the r`ship you have with their partner`... *shrugsz*

or

You fall for your BEST FRIEND and dont wanna ruin the friendship and say nothin... and then everytime you see `em around you get all awkward and distant which ruins the friendship anyway... then you find out years later that they were in love with you too and blah blah blah`...

And yeah... that is all`... ha !

Saying nothing and wishing you had said something hurts more! Regret is such a nagging feeling and no matter how far or how long we go from the situation, it will always be biting at the back of your mind..If you say something and later on wish you hadnt, there was obviously a reason why you said what you did. It is said that what you say when you were angry, is connected to your true feelings bout said person. Not saying all the cussing out is included..LOL but if that person was really as down as they were supposed to or u thought them to be, it really wouldnt have mattered what you said..there's my lua sene LOL
