Man stoned to death

A 45-year-old man of Satapuala and Tufutafoe was stoned to death, last Friday.
Malo Tuilaepa was attacked during a dispute with his wife’s family in Satapuala that evening.

Assistant Police Commissioner Leaupepe Fatu Pula said the man died at the Moto’otua Hospital the following day. He died of serious head injuries sustained during the attack.

Le’aupepe said a 54-year-old father and his 18-year-old son from Satapuala have been charged with the murder. It is understood that the pair are close relatives of the deceased man’s wife.

“It was an internal family conflict that turned violent,” Le’aupepe said. The pair have been remanded in custody until they appear in the Supreme Court next month.

waste of life.. again.. @ the hands of cowards who should know better right?...this piss's me off to read what they did to the murder victim... no one deserves to die like this.. i'm sad to know that another Samoan could really have so much hate in them to kill another Samoan..,, in disbelief i just think how could this be happening? ....and if wut JJW just said is true.. wut then?.........

This is something you would expect if you were living in the stone ages...or in the Middle East. It's sad that it had to turn out that way. Family pitting against family not good.
