Hi all, hope your year has gotten off to an awsm start, & that all the goals you've set yourself will be achieved. So far, i've managed to shed 13kgs, over these past 5 months, just frm walking hardout, & changing up what i eat. Feels much better, & look way different...hopefully i'll be able to keep it up! Anyway, finally launched a retrospective site, just with all the stuff done over the years, & a point of contact to get in touch with me. Thanks again to every1 for hanging in there & supporting - If its helped inspire any of you, then its all been worth it Enjoy your week!

Talofa every1. Hows your week been? You enjoying da world cup? Can't wait 4 this weekend's game. Just came by to update on the haps. I've been in contact with Creative NZ to collaborate a national exhibition, and viability of it for communities to enjoy and interact with. My site Tinaink.com is still doing well, and going strong. And in the past 14 weeks I've been involved with a community weightloss programme. Its been gr8. Generally feeling more active, and healthier, & definately making better food choices, but, I took that experience to another level, and combined it with my luv of ART.
