In your art collection...
When I get rich (it's gonna happen!) one of the first things I want to do is start collecting art that i LOVE created by the best of Pacific Island artists...
The only problem is, I'm a little bit disconnected from the scene... so I don't know what's good in contemporary art anymore.. :(
So far, the only artists I KNOW will have to be in my collection are:
FATU FEU'U
SHIGEYUKI KIHARA
...and I want a painting by Albert Wendt, too.. :)
Please educate me.
What exhibitions do I need to see? Which Pacific Island artists do I NEED to have in my collection?
