what can i say......SIUMU HAS SOME hektiicc beaches!!! clean crystal water!! no wonder Sinalei resort is resided in SIUMUUUUU!!!!! :D lol big ups siumu, my grandma is a high chief in Siumu but resides in Tulaele, Apia lol. Goes by the name of ATANOA Niuula Auva'a - Leilua. She be the best ;) haha our family home is the one opposite to the sinalei resort entrance :D SPENT 3 DAYS IN SIUMU ON MY XMAS/NEW YEARS HOLIDAYS...BEAUUUTIIIIFUL!

Hey there... I'm a NZ born Samoan, currently living in Perth, Western Australia. My dad's family is from Siumu... his matai name was Tofae Niko Tofaeono. Love Samoa, Love Siumu.

My Samoan extended family kind of White Sunday ko'oga'i

Aunties, uncles, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th etc cousins started arriving for the toona'i. Uncle Alofa and aunt Ita came with 10 kids 2 apaelegi and lua fasi ka'amu. Uncle Popo and aunt Pe'epe'e had 15 kamaiti came with 2 apasakigi and sakafa'i.

Cousin keige named Mata and hubby Nana came with 5 kamaiki whom are my second cousins but no ko'oga'i. Cousin kama name 'Ai and wife Lafa had a bowl of i'a oka and no saka.

The phone rang I answer and guess who it was? The son of my boy third cousin named Ma'ila and his wife Malia promised they are coming but late, their loku is a bit kuai oga ku'ua the power was cut fai mai the pou moli ga gogoa ai da solofagua had colapsed and hit the loomakua she's now in hospital no one knows po'o afea e ke'a ai i kua.

The house is so noisy the kids are running around aunties uncles cousins are kau fai guguku their sons and daugthters are so successful but no one is working except the game of bingo everyday.

They all praised me I am so lelei kele kalosia ae so'o uma ia te a'u kamaiki because they game to the umukuka and I kukuli uma lakou e o i luma but no one know I am ma'oga.

Mum and dad keep yelling out se suga ua a ea lega kuka se fa'akope ia ae laulau a'e i luga. The next thing I heard dad came around and e'e pushed in my door and there I was in bed.

Oke ai lava lea oke ai a and I apologised and said please dad ua ou lelava. Mum walked in and asked, oi kalofa e i si a'u kama o le a le mea ua kupu? I faked my kogafiki and said please mum ua kiga lo'u ulu.

They both called out to my uso makua and uso la'ikiki e o i le McDonalds e aumai se mea'ai ma kamaiki. I turned my tv on and watched my movie the next thing mum walked in the room with a wooden sipugi.

She laued mai fe'alo'alofa'i and mai fa'akagama'i.
She sasaed my ulu and I fa'akagakagiring.
Then I heard dad said, se'i fai le kakou loku. He blessed the food and had their feast.
They eat and talk and laugh out loud.
And I said to myself, Fofoaivao'ese, you made me so proud.

And that people, is my typical Samoan White Sunday ko'oga'i.

anyone wanna help me out here lol i wished id known more about this villiage hehe hrrmmmm - all i know is ummmm my mum & dads last name is FAOAGALI & my dad matai names are LEAU-TUPUOLA..... anyone wanna help me? hahaha im lost haha oh and what saaga? is that another name for siumu?
