RSS feed readers are used to bring content (usually in summary form) from another website to your page. They're great because once installed, anytime something new happens over at the other site, the conent on your page updates automatically.
One Samoana uses RSS feeds a lot to connect to blogs (like our Ala Mai feature in Le A'ai) or even news headlines. You can do the same in your faleo'o.

On your page, look for the subheader called RSS. It should be in the left column at the very bottom (see image above).
Hit EDIT on that subheader. That will pull up these options:
